福州市百洋恒丰船舶服务有限公司是福州港具有交通部海事局颁发的“国家一级船舶污染清除单位”，由罗源百洋港口船舶服务有限公司和福州开发区恒丰燃料油有限公司重组而成，目前公司拥有专业清污船两艘（闽港清1号，闽港清7号）辅助船八艘（恒丰油5、恒丰油7、恒丰油8、恒丰油15、盛明油12、闽福州油006,、闽福州油0010、闽福州油25），高级指挥人员3名，现场指挥人员8名，现场应急操作人员40名。我司现有围油栏5000多米，拥有先进的溢油回收清污设备30多套，可在4小时内辐射福州全港。

Fuzhou Baiyang Hengfeng Shipping Service Co.,ltd is level-1 SPRO company in Fuzhou, which was recombined by Luoyuan Port Shipping Servive Co.,ltd and Fuzhou Developed Area Hengfeng Fuel Oil Co. Ltd. We have 2 professional oil spilled barges and 8 auxiliary vessels. There are 30 Senior commanders, 8 higher commanders and 40 well trained operation staffs in our company. Meanwhile, we've got oil containment booms 5000m, oil recovery equipments 30 more sets and will take up the oil spilled emergency operation within 4 hours for the whole Fuzhou port.
